Little Bean is made by two people. Us. A couple, and parents to a baby boy. When he arrived we did what everyone does and downloaded the popular baby trackers.
Every one felt built for a focus group's idea of a parent rather than an actual one: pastel everything, "mama bear" copy, a feed timer buried three taps deep, and settings you needed a clear head to understand, which is the one thing you do not have at 4 a.m. We wanted the opposite. A quiet, fast tool two tired adults could share without thinking about it.
So we built it. Little Bean is the tracker we wanted at 3 a.m. It does the few things you actually reach for, each in one tap, and it treats your child's data the way we wanted ours treated: no ads, no third-party trackers, no selling it, and a full export whenever you like. If that sounds boring, good. Boring is what you want from the thing holding your child's record.
